At MBDH, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and processed.
MBDH provides both digital services and physical products. Due to the nature of our work, different refund conditions apply depending on what you have purchased.
Refunds are accepted for MBDH NFC Tags only. If you wish to request a refund for an NFC tag, you must contact us directly and clearly explain the reason for the refund request. All refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, NFC tags must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition unless the product is faulty. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
We aim to deliver NFC tags within 7 working days. However, delivery times may vary due to customisation, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to delivery timelines do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Refunds are not provided for digital services, including but not limited to AI automation, WhatsApp chatbots, AI calling systems, web development, branding, graphic design, or any custom digital work. Once work has begun or a service has been delivered, payments are non-refundable. Any pricing displayed on our website for AI services is an estimate only. For an accurate and final quote, customers must contact us directly before proceeding.
MBDH reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where misuse, damage, or late notification has occurred.
If you believe there is an issue with your order or service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can review your case and attempt to resolve it fairly.
