MBDH provides digital services including AI automation, WhatsApp chatbots, AI calling systems, web development, branding, graphic design, and smart NFC solutions. All services and products are offered subject to availability and acceptance.
Our AI automation services are designed to support and enhance business operations. While we aim to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions, MBDH does not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, or financial gains. Any pricing displayed on our website for AI services or automation solutions is an estimate only. Final pricing may vary depending on requirements, integrations, and scope. For an accurate quote, customers must contact us directly.
MBDH Smart NFC Tags are physical products linked to digital content. We aim to deliver NFC tags within 7 working days; however, delivery times may vary due to production volume, customisation, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to delivery timelines will be communicated where possible.
We accept refunds for NFC Tags only. To request a refund, customers must contact us and clearly state the reason for the refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the product is faulty. Once approved, refunds will be processed accordingly.
Payments must be made in full or as agreed before services commence. Failure to complete payment may result in delays or suspension of services. Deposits for custom digital services are non-refundable once work has started.
All content, designs, systems, and materials produced by MBDH remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or reuse our work without written permission.

MBDH shall not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, or failures caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp, hosting providers, or payment processors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
